Lately I am getting a really nice flaccid hang from pumping and would like to know if it is permanent. Please tell me yes! :)

Why, are you planning on quitting? Mine seems to be quite permanent and might even improve a little when I take several days off. My flaccid hang has been one of my best and most needed improvements, but I am not planning on quitting any time soon to see how well it hangs in there. :)
I am pretty sure I am a lifetime pumper. After all, it’s easy, fun, looks amazing and feels damn good.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Do you think it would be a cemented gain in flacid length?
Or would you have to do it for awhile to cement it fully?
Current Stats: 6.9BPEL/6.4NBPEL 5.5MEG.
Current Goal: 7BPEL/6.5NBPEL 5.75MEG.
I guess the overall cementing concept would apply to it also.

Well said gprent! I have just made a return to this most enjoyable pastime, and I hope, like you, to be pumping for the rest of my life. I have had a lifetime in physical activity (running and weights), and I see pumping as another vital piece of my ‘body maintenance’ program.
Unfortunately, nothing in this lifetime is permanent. Not muscles, fame, looks, money - it all fades without maintainance.
