Fluid, extended times blah blah

Yeah, I think 2.5” Hg is just about perfect for extended pumping for flushing purposes. I’m a bit surprised it only took you an hour though. It took me about twice that time, at close to that pressure, to get seriously bloated.

You do have to be careful when you piss, LOL, because the opening to your urethra gets swollen shut when you pump to bloat. I hope you didn’t make too much of a mess. :)

I have done a lot of massage today, and the discoloured area looked red rather than brown. When the redness goes away, we will see if this had any effect. It does make a bitch out of hanging the next day though!! I think I will do the massive bloat technique one day per week, before a rest day from hanging.

Well I had some fluid buildup already from a few hours of hanging and ADS, so the pumping was just building on that. It was 2 hours 30 mins for you right? I think it will probably take that long from just pumping on it’s own.

It’s been a while, so I had to go back and check my own post, LOL. Yeah, it looks like I did 2.5 hours at 3” Hg.

I still think I’ll try 2.5” Hg next time. It is good to keep the pressure low when pumping for such a long time. The last thing you want to do is ADD anymore blood to the mix!

Of course, the seal jars loose easier at lower pressures, so that might be a limiting factor in how low a guy can go—especially if he plans on walking around while he is waiting.

If the lymph fluid helps the body heal, maybe that is why so many pumpers that over due it don’t see gains. The fluid build up helps them to heal to quickly so they never see any gains.
