Full Package Pumping
Hi there everyone!
New to this site, but by no means am I a newbie.
I have a question pertaining to pumping the full package(which I am new to). It may seem rather rudimentary, but I’m going for that large grapefruit look to swing around in the gym, therefore I’m trying to get a written routine down before I go head first(bah-dum-tisss).from what I understand so far, it is a far longer and very low pressure session(2-3hg) but my question is the necessity and frequency of the breaks needed during the session, as well as the break length.
I’ve seen some pretty ugly posts on various sites where people grab their gavel and start saying dumb stuff. I’m not looking for someone to discourage me from doing it(not gonna happen) I am, however, looking for someone to help me do it properly.
