Pretty soon I plan on buying a Dr Joel Kaplan penis pump. They have one smaller cylinder for girth and a larger one for length that’s for your dick and balls. Anyone know if using a larger cylinder that you put your dick and balls in works. Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG
Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.
Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.
I don’t cross the streams. My bits have different tolerances and those full package tubes get pricey.
Penis: shorter duration up to ~5inhg.
Balls: longer duration up to ~3.8inhg.
My dick can develop edema that lasts 24+ hours from either too much vacuum or too much time. My balls cannot handle more than 3.8inhg for more than a few minutes (extreme discomfort like diarrhea), but they can go a long time because the edema takes nearly an hour to build and dissipates in less than 12 hours.
Like 32quarters said, full package has been covered in many threads. Maybe it works, but not for me.

Like Lebowski, my balls don’t tolerate vacuums above 3 hg and at that lever my shaft hardly responds.
