Going for an All day pump

This reminds me that I want to start water pumping again. Really helps prevent edema buildup and I find I can pump to a higher hg with water than without.

Think I’ll pull out my old 1.75” Velseal, bronze handpump, warm water, and space heater. I can do 5 - 7hgs with no negative buildup and the thinner cylinder will help me focus on length.

Sometimes ill do 2 sets of 15mins, sometimes ill cut them down to 20 mins, sometimes I forget steps or I get interrupted, but these sessions produce ballooning that’s only useful for bulge flashing or worship. When I’m doing stuff like this I’m completely focused on the task at hand. No tv, no music, just tubes, poppers, and a watch.

In the rare case I actually need to use my dick for sex I’ll do 15 mins full package in the mason and 45 in the 2x9 at low pressure and milk the tube while doing kegals.

I have found that supplements that promote blood flow keep me pumped. Right now I am pumping at low vacuum and following the vacuum pump 101 routine. I’m staging from 2” to 2.25” currently. I recommend maca, muira puama, ginkgo, and zinc. I buy these from amazon. 20,000mg black maca and liquid muira for the best results.

I only get edema in the foreskin badly after 3 hours, I like to try to avoid that outcome.

If I take a few hours break, I can get back at it and continue to create a fat shaft and bull balls.

If you have never done the bull balls thing it is fun, avoiding edema in the scrotum, while still expanding the balls seems to be best done with 60-90 minute sessions with 3 to 4 hour breaks in between. I do multiple sets and build them up over a few days.

I am not a fan of the big round fluid filled sac you get when I exceed the 2 hour mark, I want to be able to feel my balls still and want to hang low.

I wish I had the the discipline to stop after a short period and not overdo it. I am always overdoing it…

It’s not bad, but it isn’t good. What you are getting is temporary size that doesn’t contribute to permanent gains. If you get edema, you are doing too much in pressure and/or time.

Typically when I get edema, that means I can’t expand any further for the day. I prefer getting a little expansion past my current erect size so I can still have a fully operational penis. Then keep adding onto or maintaining the expansion throughout the week.

I personally found popper use to lessen my erection strength. Do you find this to be a problem for you?

I stopped using poppers when they outlawed isobutyl nitrite and only sell alkyl nitrite blends and pentyl nitrite. I found them to be totally inferior vs isobutyl.

Four hours is a lot especially if you just jump right into it instead of building up. Most pumper have built up the these durations and even then only do it occasionally. Keep in mind, lymph buildup is not the same as expansion in the CC’s. If you can not get an erection after your session, you are doing too much.
