Harder To Get Same Expansion

Hey so I’ve been doing PE for a little over a year and pumping for over 2 months. I’m finding it harder now to reach the same size in my cylinder as I was previously able to. It seems like if I wanted the length I was previously achieving, I would have to go to a much higher pressure than before. It also is feeling a little bit more intense at given pressures. I’m wondering could this be indicative of anything?

Do I possibly have more girth now and it’s causing me to not be able to expand as far bc of friction? (Haven’t measured but doesn’t look like any increase at all…)

Maybe it’s something as simple as skin irritations?

Hopefully it’s not indicative of anything bad, but lmk what you think! Thanks!

Yeah man I’m using the thermipaq 6x12 that Gprent recommends. I notice it seems to help relieve this problem somewhat once it’s heated more, but pretty much all variables have been the same including the heat. Maybe I should try heating the cylinder more before I go in…

2 on 1 off is my schedule and I’m back on it.. I tried 2 weeks of doing 4 on 1 off as recommended by some guys, but it’s just not for me. I feel way better at 2 on 1 off. Ideally I could get away with 1 and 1 but Idk if that’s enough to gain. Great point though. Maybe I’ll take a couple days off and just resume my 2/1.

I have found the same thing. It’s always overtraining when this happens to me. If it just started, many times just an immediate day off is sufficient for me to get back on track. If I haven’t been listening to my body and keep training, it takes a good 2-3 days off consecutively to get back to the level of expansion that I expect.

I know we all respond differently, but this has been my experience so far.

Same for me here guys. Indication of overtraining. Don’t be afraid of rest days. Extra ones here and there won’t hurt, especially if your penis is struggling to match the expansion you have previous achieved.

For me, when something stops working as well as it did before, 9 times out of 10 it has been because of overtraining

If you’ve PE’d for a year without a decon, you might really benefit from 3 to 4 weeks off. Im not speaking for everyone here but 1 week off is enough make a difference in the ease of expansion for me

I do a 6 weeks on 1 week off program of 2 on/1 off.
So yeah I think the last couple weeks trying to get more days PE in is what did it. I’m gonna take 2-3rest days and try to begin w my routine again. I’ll update if that worked. If it remains the same, I’ll rest another couple.

I’m starting a one week break myself. I have been pushing hard….

I tried water pumping for the first time today. Holy WOW. Dry pumping, I am Not amble to pack a 1.75” tube. My tube is wrapped with a heating pad. I warm up with a heated gel pack. I then manually stretch for 20 mins under and IR lamp and then enter the heating pad wrapped tube. No packing of the 1.75” to the point o started looking for 1.625” tubes.

Water pumping with the 1.75” today, Fully packed!!!

Water pumping with a 2.0” cylinder, both sides of my shaft and the bottom of my shaft where all touching the tube. My glands were close to touching the sides. Not a true packing but HOT DAMN!!! Incredible expansion.

I wanted to hit a 3rd set dry (air) pumping in my 1.75”,
to gauge things a bit, however, I decided not to as I saw a donut forming.

I have a bathmate but have retired it for awhile. Air pumping lately has been working well for me.

I do have a water reservoir for my air pump but have been too lazy to set it up, even though I know from experience that water pumping yields better expansion for me.

Hearing about your experience with water pumping makes me want to try out the reservoir so I dont have to use the bathmate. I wish it was possible for the bathmate to have an accurate gauge
