I was looking around on here and it shows that you can get a metal pump for about 50-60 bucks, and then buy the cylinder for about 20 bucks and there you go.
Does anyone think this is a reputable pump?
And also, would I need a silicone sleeve? Are they to protect your balls from getting sucked into it?

Yes, I have looked into that, but I’m weighing my options of buying an actual penis pump or building my own. I have a harbor frieght close by. Basically I was asking if those pumps in the links were reputable.
Also, since I am new to the whole pumping aspect of the PE world, I’ve read that sometimes due to the dry pumping your head actually gets bigger then the rest of your shaft. Does this happen or is this due to over pumping. I ask this because I was researching water based pumps.
Probably the place with the lowest price and still getting good value is picturebrite. They have the same metal pump and low cost cylinders that are good quality. The problem with Harbor Freight is the pump doesn’t have the quick disconnect couplings and you have to buy them elsewhere.

Start with an air pump with a gauge. That way you know exactly what you are doing. With water, you won’t know what the pressure is.

No, that does not usually happen. The head is usually the hardest area to make gains in.
