Health problems linked with pumping?

Have there been any sexual health problems linked to pumping? I sometimes feel a dull ache in my balls from pumping which is the feeling commonly associated with testicle cancer, and since there is a hard object tightly pressed against that area for quite a long time it could be causing damage.. I think my tube is a bit large (2 1/2 inches in diameter).. I pump at 6.5 inches of pressure and the longest I ever pump for which isnt often is 40 minutes, more commonly 30 minutes. You are causing your own discomfort. Break up that time into multiple pump sessions and try no more than 5 HG. If you appear to have an erection at 5 HG, you have one.

What’s your girth?

If pumping causes cancer, I will eat my pump.

I’ve never had a problem with pumping alone.

On the 5HG thing I do need 6+ to keep solid, found it best with 6.5 while letting it drop down to 5 then back up to 6.5 in the session. Surely theres such a little amount between 5 and 6.5, I cant imagine it being to much an issue? I’ll try giving it a break for a minute or two in the middle of the session, but do you guys not perhaps think because i’ve got a 2 1/2 inch diameter tube it might be attaching lower than it should over my nads which could be causing the ache? My girth? Huge and fat after pumping, god bless it.

The open question is still what is your erect girth? That is what determines the diameter of the tube. And what is your frequency for cumming?

I seem to remember discovering I needed a 2 1/4 diameter tube but bought a 2 1/2 one, 5 EG

commanderblop, I think bizz did answer in his last post. 5” EG.

Although at that I’d say bizzabola, your tube is 3/4” to wide and should try a 1.75” one.

I would use warm water in the pump…gives you a more even pump and is more comfortable, and reduces the effect of lymph buildup, plus it makes the balls expand a lot faster.
