I received my pump and there are graduations in cmHg and inHg.
I read that it is necessary to make sessions of maximum 5inHg… it is that?

You should take a look at the vacuum pumping 101!! Thread but

5inhg maximum but you should be fine on 2-3inHg to start with don’t overdo it.

If your just starting keep your set time to a minimum just to see how react to the pumping,
Perhaps 1 or 2 5 minute sessions until you get used to it. Don’t forget lubricant so you
Don’t stick to the sides of the cyclinder:) .

And for the routine: 2days on/ 1 off? I jelk before each sets and do jelking since 6 months!

I second Mr. Marshmallow. Try 2 - 3 inHg. Pain is not a reliable warning of damage.

Two days on, one day off is not a bad schedule, but what you really need to do is read SparkyX’s thread /forum/showthread.php?t=43790 on Physiologic Indicators. Pay attention to the results of the level of your PE activity, and increase or decrease your efforts based on what your body is telling you.

If you’ve read all the threads, you will know that Thx or Thanx is not acceptable here when you mean Thanks, and that you need to capitalize when you write “I’ve” or “I’m”.
