I looked and examined your picture very carefully. The first thing I see is your curve has already improved from the first picture to the second! I do believe all upwards curves are bad and because of one of 3 things:
1. Peyronie placque
2. Stunted growth sometime during growing of the penis so the upper part is shorter than the lower part of the penis (i.e “congenital curve”)
3. Steel Cord
I don’t see a steel cord in your pictures and to my eyes there is a huge improved from first to second picture.
I have to believe we have a very similar problem although the start of my curve was much closer to my glans (around 0,8” from the glans) the start of your curve seems to be 1-1,2” from the start of the glans.
I do believe you have a similar problem to me and I do believe you can get rid of it completely based on the huge improvement you already made. I used dmso a couple times per week to loosen up the part where the curve is from the start of the curve up to the start of the glans. I pumped in a cylinder that forced my curve to straighten and it will and did hurt once it actually bled through the skin from the bending straight.
