HG work: preventing CC asymmetry

HG work: preventing CC asymmetry

I know what the vets will say….

How do I prevent my veinous (right-hand) CC from enlarging slightly moreso than my arterial (left-hand) CC when I’m pumping? The buildup intensifies most on the side where the blood exits than the side where the blood enters (that’s my best guess.)

Since I’m on the subject, is it possible to cause a hernia using a pump too often, or is it just my ligs getting sore?

I already have a moderate hernia (nothing has gone all the way south) and I pump almost every day. I also do lots of stretches. So far, no PE exercise aggravates the hernia. In other words, I don’t think that pumping either causes or worsens a hernia, and my ligs get sore frequently.

Q-H;

You have it wrong.

There is no arterial side and venous side of the shaft. The arteries and veins supplying and draining the penis are spread throughout the shaft on both sides. There may be one, but I can’t remember a post here where a PE’er developes more growth on left or right sides; the cavernosal chambers are connected and share a common blood supply.

Never heard of a “pumping hernia,” either. Your ligs are a little sore from your workouts is my guess.
