how successful is this kind of routine?+
I have been reading alot about combining pumping and natural pe to cement and acheive permanent gains and have adopted a routine based on this theory per merlin’s post on page 7 of this forum. Could anybody post their experiences and variations on this type of pe? I would also appreciate any input on my routine which goes like this… 10 minute rice sock warm up,manual stretching for about 2minutes each direction,5minutes manual jelqing @2secs./jelq, 5minutes power jelq @4secs./jelq.At this point my penis is pumped from jelqing and ready for the vacuumpump. Ipump at moderate pressure so that i can feel tissue expansion and lig stress for 5-7 minutes then immediately follow with a 2 minute massage ,2or3 uli squeezes for 15 sec. intervals,then power jelq both horizontally and vertically for 5-7 minutes,then pump again.I do this for 4 sets following the last set with a 5 sec. uli sqeeze with the power jelq then pull a 4 sec.jelq for a duration of about 10 minutes. After this I do a 5 min. massage concentrating on the lig on top for 2min. and finish with a proper warm down for 10 min. with the rice sock. This is a five days on two off routine that I have started over the last week. The initial results look promising but one thing I would like to know is if this is a proven theory of pe, am I cementing minute gains on a daily basis or are gains only cemented at certain times of penile fatigue after a period of time? Should I also consider a light all day stretch or traction wrap for length gains?
