how to pump every day with out swelling

How do you all get in a routine when I get swelling every time I pump. My routine is 1 hour a day at between 5 to 7 hg . If i pump the next day I get really swollen.

try the ace adhesive bandage thats what im using at the moment seems to work well,there is another product called vet wrap its a self adhesive bandage as well made by 3M i think ,its white comes in different width’s and is alot thinner than the ace but strong,i have yet to try it but will get my hands on some soon and will let you know how it goes

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

1 hour at 5-7” is definitely donut time, at least for me.

10 to 15 minutes at 3-5” is a good starting place. After a few weeks or months you can extend the duration and/or add more sessons.

For many men, going past 5”Hg simply makes the donut happen faster and causes discoloration or swollen veins. As your shaft gets acclimated you might be able to handle more vacuum, but it doesn’t seem to necessarily mean more gains.

When I started I’d get edema at a hard look. Now I’m using 20 minutes at 5-3” (accounting for leakage), a 10 minute break, and then another 20 minutes, without noticeable edema. If I add a third 20 minute session I’ll get mild edema. If I take a 30 minute break I get no edema.

I have been doing 5-6HG with heated cylinder using a heat pad for about 5 weeks. Started at 15 mins and increased to 30 minutes with 2-3 days between pumps. On Saturday I managed 1 hour at 5HG and was fine. I did 50 minutes Sunday at 5-6HG and had swelling on foreskin underside of bell end. I massaged it for an hour and the swelling went down.

My aim is to be able to do 3 sessions a week in August at 5HG for 45 mins to an hour. Hopefully I will we see some gains 24 to 48 hours post pump.
