Increase Pump Time Or Add Something Else?

Ive been using my bathmate x40 for around 2 months now. Ive been pumping for an hour at full pressure and gained a good amount of size.
Gains can be found in profile.
Now that my gains are starting to stall I was wondering what I should choose to do.

I thought about adding an extra 15 minute pump session. I usually pump at night, therefore I would have that extra session in the morning and have virtually an all day pump.

Then I thought about adding 15 minutes of jelqing total into my pumping sessions. Maybe 5 minutes in between every 20 mintues.

I also thought about doing 15 minutes of ULI’s the same way I would do Jelqs. 5 minutes in between 20 minute sets.

My main goal is girth since I’m 1/8” away from reaching 8”. My girth goal Is 6” and I’m at 5.75”. Really looking to make that gain.

I’ve added jelquing and clamping to my routine and definitely noticed some gains. When I’m not marathoning I pump in 15 min sets then clamp + balloon for 5 mins and keep going. I gauge the end of my sets by EQ so if by the end of 5 mins I’m still not hard I’ll stop. Adding the clamp in between lets me do a couple more sets.

I’d say either start incorporating manuals like jelqs/uli’s, or start a decon break. I’ve heard good things about bundled stretches before pumping sessions but I don’t have any first hand experience.

Do you find Jelqs and ulis to help girth, increase vein size, and increase glan size?

Its too soon to take a decon break. I will lose my gains because they aren’t cemented.

I had good luck in all three categories with a combination of jelqs/ulis/squeezes. I’m also a very veiny person so your mileage may vary as far as appearance, but there was a definite increase in girth/glan size.

Would 15 minutes of Jelqs be too much compared to 15 minutes of squeezes? I figured the EQ killing effects of squeezes would be countered by the pump. Would jelqing fatigue me at all?

There’s definitely a potential for fatigue. My recommendation would be start with low reps and build up to see where fatigue happens.

My bathmate routine included about 100-150 jelqs, 10-15 ulis, 10-15 plump bends, and I’d rotate other exercises in like doing a day where I’d only stretch or do less jelqs and more ulis etc etc. Overall I’d get crazy fatigue after the second day.

Current routine starts with 5 squeezes and every routine I just add one more. After that I’ll do some stretches (adding reps every routine) and some bundled stretches right before I get in my pump.

The point is, pick one or two manuals that you think would be good, research them to make sure they’re what you’re going for, and phase them in to your routine with low reps.

I believe jelqs are a critical excercise for anyone doing PE. Start slowly and then work up from there.

I don’t understand the OP. Bathmate recommend using the pump for three lots of 5 min with a total of 15 min, which can be increased to 20 min with experience. How can someone use a pump for over 1 hr?

What makes jelqing so good compared to squeezes?

I actually noticed I got more veins to appear from using the pump, so I’m not so worried about more veins as I am wanting more girth and glans growth.

Wouldn’t getting erect do the same thing?

Today I stayed erect for the whole hour I pumped and noticed I was 1/2” bigger after pumping than I normally was. Fluid retention was more apparent as well. I pretty much packed the tube. Should I be trying to stay erect while I pump?
