Injured

Injured

Been doing PE for almost 4 months now and about a month ago I started pumping (following the pumping 101 thread for guidance). Anyways, when flaccid, the head is cold, but the shaft is warm, but when erect everything is warm. Also the head is still sensitive (when flaccid) and everything else seems find.

Did I damage some nerves?

Doesn’t sound major but wouldn’t this question be better suited for the pumpers forum? I’d think such a place would have a more informed lot.

Yes it would :) but I don’t have the post requirements yet to start a thread there ;)

Thanks for the move :)

Guidance? State in detail exactly what your ruotine is.

Then, in detail, say how the injury happened, if you noticed it right away. If you didn’t notice it right away, say the last thing you did PE-wise when you did notice it.

Are you saying your only symptom, or the only thing different penis-wise than before the “injury”, is that “when flaccid, the head is cold”? If I got this wrong, state the eifference between your previously healthy penis, and your injured penis.

We need details if we are going to help. And quite frankly, I find it very hard to believe someone would sustain an injury following Avocet’s Pumping 101 thread. The “using it for guidance” bit makes me wary…

PS: I take it you have stopped PEing until this is sorted out, right?

When I said guidance, I think I used the word wrong :) I meant I was following that as a guide.

Yes, the only thing different is a cold head, which I first noticed about a week ago, but it might have been like this longer. Actually my balls are cold a lot of the time too.I don’t know if others are the same, but I know that has been like that since before I started PE. When I say cold, it’s actually the feels the same temp. As my skin on my body, however the shaft is very warm so that’s why I think it’s odd.

First I followed the newbie routine (stretching, jelqing), did that for about 3 months. Then, I got the pump, and followed the routine that the 101 thread says.

My routine now (which I have stopped temp.) includes a warm up with light stretching 5-8min, followed by two sessions of about 13 min of pumping, with 5 min of jelqing in between and after, and finished with a warm down (shower). Mon-Fri and resting on the weekend.

I’ve been pumping for 4 weeks I think, I can’t go longer than 13min a session or a I get red dots that take more than a day to go away. Also I highest I’ve EVER pumped has been 6Hg, and that was only for a few seconds.

Why don’t you just reduce your in-tube time to 5-6 minutes, and do several of those with breaks between?

If your erections are warm all over, that’s good.

You know that your balls especially want to stay cooler? This is to protect the sperm you make every minute of life; they don’t survive well in heat.

I didn’t know that about cool balls.
