Introduction Thread Routine Critique
Hey guys,
Another newbie here. I’ve been PE’ing for 8 months now. I’ve gained +.75” in length and +.5” in girth. I used to own a Bathmate but now my routine revolves around pumping.
I mainly joined because most of my Google queries on pumping usually led me here and it is quite clear that you guys have had members who have gained from pumping.
I was hoping to get my current routine critiqued here since I can’t post on the other sections yet.
My current routine is as follows:
Warm-up
Bundled Stretches for 4 mins each hand
Directional stretches
I have a 2” tube and 2.25” tube. I used to to just use the 2.25” tube for my last set but now I am gradually using just the 2.25” tube.
10 mins at 5Hg
6 mins of jelqing + squeezes
10 mins at 5Hg
6 mins of jelqing + squeezes
10 mins at 5Hg
6 mins of jelqing+ squeezes
5 mins of edging
2 mins testicle message
