Is Every Other Day Enough?
So I recently tried a couple weeks of 5 days on and 2 days off. I felt way over worked and wasn’t able to get the same expansion in the cylinder. I was previously doing 2on 1 off. That Felt pretty good EQ wise, but I would get skin irritations. After that couple weeks where I overworked myself, I took a few days off and I’ve continued with every other day. I feel good EQ and my skin irritations have gone down….
I’m curious if people think every other day is enough to see gains For the avg person? (I realize everyone responds differently).
My goal is to gain Girth.
My routine: ~80 dry jelqs and 25-30 min pumping under 5hg pressure. I also do manual stretches
Note: my expansion in the cylinder still isn’t where it was before I overworked myself, but I plan on taking a week off at the end of the month, as I do every 6 weeks and hope that will solve the issue…
