Probably can cause all kind of damage. In my gauge there is hg between 0-30. Usually people recommend to use 3-5hg but I go always to 10-13hg, sometimes even more. I went there gradually and probably will go higher if it feels good and does good for EQ and gains. What I do is that I constantly “listen” to my penis and if I feel too much pain I stop immediately. By too much I mean that there is a very thin line between pleasure and pain.

Ok, I saw that you used to pump with 10-15hg yourself before. I am pretty new to this so you must know more but I still believe that everyone react individually for pumping and all the other PE. Maybe I someday realize that 5hg is enough but if I use only 5hg now my unit is not even the size of full erection without pump so it is very hard for me to understand how could it grow bigger when it is not even bigger than without the pump in full erection. In 5hg my unit is like a 50% erected sloppy and a bit swelled cock.

Pumpbra: When you pump with 5hg an hour or so does your penis get bigger than in erection without pump in length and girthwise? Are you fully erected when in pump? I lose my erection pretty quickly if not stimulated somehow.

My English is not the best but i will try to explain, i will not talk about it like you are used to it but the concept that nobody wants to try to explain because it’s hard:

Now, you are think like i was thinking years ago, you need to change and accept. :D

Pump is a hard concept to understand.

Our penis have different structs inside, different tissues and everybody reacts different and this why there is no formula yet to grow your penis.
Our skin ( what is outside the penis) can support a lot, i mean 20hg and it will survive it will recovery w/e, but inside of your penis it can’t and you only can grow your penis if you workout inside of your penis. Pumping at 15hg will work? Maybe, but i don’t think this is good and this is not definitely not the way/route you should take ( and you are new to this).

People use a extender for 1000 hours to see a good result. With pump you need 200~500 hours using it correctly ( and sometimes it is 1~2 years), and i’m talking about only use a penis pump like i did.

1- What is “use a penis pump correctly”?
First you need to step ahead in your mind in PE ( and this is the key that everybody with good results get):
a) you need to know the anatomy of your penis.
b) you need to know your erection level.
c) you need to listen your penis, not your body.
d) you need to be in control of your penis and not your penis in control of you.
e) you need to have a realist goal.
f) you need to know when to rest.

a- Search about the tissues, see what is more elastic and what is not, try to understand what happen when you damage your unit.
b- Try to keep a 90~100% erection level always, this can be trick with years and a lot of times your going to need to stop to use your pump to recovery it. A erection is not always a good erection.
c- I would say that you have to see what is happing before, while and after pump. Is the skin too dark? Can i get erection after 1 hour pumping? Do i feel pain (where is it)?
d- Do not let PE control your life, you control it, if you can’t do your exercise today no problem, do in next day.
e- Set a goal of 0,5cm in 6 months or something very low, do not think you are going to grow 2 inch in one year because you probably will not, unless you are a extreme easy gainer.
f- Did you know you can damage your penis after 10 min of pump in 5hg? yes this can happen and this is due your body reaction to something that we don’t control: tiredness, you maybe have a lot of energy but your penis is just tiredness and you just don’t note it, this can happen and this when things get dirt.
Everything is connected and you get it, you will grow.

Important to keep a track of measurements, do not care about grow/gain just take a note of everything like i did.

2- Your second question:
If you are loosing erection this because you don’t have a good quality erection. You need to have a state of mind to keep your erection. I would suggest you take 2-3 days without PE, and come back slow, very slow, to pump, your first gonna be 10 min at 5hg and thats it, maybe you are think “ow but i can’t see nothing”, beleave me, something inside of your penis happened, you just can’t see it. We are like this we need to see to beleave but PE is not about what you see because you need to work what is inside of your penis. If i do a comparison to a car a bigger tank can take you longer, so what you want to do is fill more and more you CC of blood and not have fluid build up in your penis ( this is not grow, this is just something to make you feel good-fluid).

Yes my penis get bigger after pump in both sides (length and girth) it will depend a lot of my rountine/exercice. And sometimes i just do not see anything happening but my penis fills heavy ( this is what you want).

And this where the “pump techniques” came.
You can jelq between section ( this will speed up your grow too) to keep put more blood inside your penis and the most important refresh it.
You can milk the tube/cylinder.
You can pull it up.
You can do rotatory movements while pump.
You can warm the tube.
There is a lot of ways to keep stimulated to pump.

There is so much thing to talk about pump, i would end with a book.
If you need more help just ask.

But for now i would say: GO SLOW. MORE IS NOT MORE WHEN PUMPING.
