Is pumping more likely to cause discolouration?

Is pumping more likely to cause discolouration? Obviously if you take it to the extreme, but I am talking light sessions of a pressure 5’hg’ or under.

How often you have a session, the length of it, and the vacuum amount will all make a difference. If you keep your sessions fairly short, 20 minutes or less, at the vacuum level you’re using, you shouldn’t have any problems with discoloration.
