It’s very difficult and somewhat painful to hang AFTER pumping. The reason being, when you max out your dick using pumping that increased size is forced into the gland area creating way to much pressure and a uncomfortable effect.
The JES hanger is secured with a vaccum at the base rather than attached j behind the gland like the Bib and others so maybe this would be a different situation all together. The issue with the JES is it doesn’t seem to attach to the penis in such a way that would promote lenghting.

The JES isn’t a hanger, it’s a straight-line stretcher and doesn’t attach with a vacuum. It’s a loop-type device. The Grip and one or two others attach with a vacuum. The issue you mention is a non-issue, because the JES attaches effectively and does promote lengthening when used correctly.
Twattweezer, can you elaborate a little? I generally pump after hanging, and it works great.

I have yet to do anything really! I order up my bib hanger and am looking on purchasing a pump. I was curious as to if anyone found a synergistic way of working differnt contraptions into PE.
When you pump how much delay is it after the hanging? Do you use a ring afterwards like some of the other dudes?
How often do you hang and pump? Regular, semi, hardly?

No, mostly because I don't think to. I'd use a strap anyway 'cause there's no way I'm going to try to get my stuff through a ring after pumping. Sometimes I jelq lightly after pumping. It seems to be compatible.

Hang almost every day. Pump on alternate days, not according to a plan, it just seems to work out that way.

I thought you might like to know that my pump-sellers’ instructions suggest using a cockring after routine pumping. I must say I have not found this very happy or successful. I tried 2 different ring type, my favourite is a “latex” ring, (I have 2 types), and the other is a synthetic “stretchy ” ring made in Germany. These are NOT cock and ball rings BTW. Just to go on the cock shaft alone..
Problem I have found, is they don’t seem to do much for the flaccid dick, except to make it go cold !!! Anyway, half an hour is supposed to be the maximum “on” time.
