Is this right?

Is this right?

Guys, I have been pumping almost exclusively (except for the jelqs between sets). I measured last night, and I was BPEL 7”! I have never hit this mark before, ever! Even at my absolute hardest, I could never get to that point. Now my question.

I measured after taking a two day break from the cylinder. Would you think there may possibly be any lingering affects from my last session? Could this have been a false measurment due to some lingering pump? I am ecstatic about my new length, but hesitant to call it a real gain since it has only been 48 hours since my last session.

I am also surprised because I wasn’t really hoping for any length gain from pumping. I was going for girth (which has been successful).

Anyone have any thoughts? Should I re-measure in another day or so? I was going to start a new session tonight, but will wait if you guys think I should take another measurment at the 72 hour mark.

We often hear about gains after a break, so it could be real. The jelqing between sets may have contributed.

Measuring too often can result in disappointment. Once every two weeks would give your body time to adjust to new growth. Do your routine as you normally do and don’t try to time things for expected gains.

Thanks westla. I have never tried to time anything. I just happened to have a pretty good stiffy going, and decided to measure as it had been a few months. I was shocked and elated. I measured 4 times, just to make sure I wasn’t seeing things.

I guess my biggest surprise was the length gain from pumping. I wasn’t expecting that at all. If you think 48 hours is long enough of a wait to get a true measurment, I will go with that.

I started PE about 11 years ago. There was an ad in a newspaper about a pump, which I bought. I gained with it both length and girth, so it could definitely be real.

I didn’t know there were pumps 11 years ago…I started like 9 years ago, and all the info I was able to find at that time were underground web sites selling ancient African and Arab excercises which included hanging stones. lol

Compliment!

You have not to be surprised. Your gains are for real because your routine is good.
As westla said, jelqing between sets is your secret!.

Why don’t you add some stretching sessions during the week?

May I ask you how long do you stay in the cylinder per session?

Pumping has been around for many, many years. Pumping as we know it today has been around since the 1970’s and started catching on in the mid 80’s. I’ve been pumping since the late 80s. And yes, it does work.

Princinples of pumping are easy to understand.

If you pump so pressure gains in the penile chambers are more engorged over a period of time.

After time, the chambers will have “stretched” from the internal pressure, so a non pumped erection
will be larger.

Most of us who thought pumping didn’t work, pumped for 10 minutes every once in a while and jacked off afterward after seeing the temporarily larger unit.

From the pumpers working this like a program, and knowledge off of this site, I understand that it WILL work.

And that a program built on all the principles of this site will work.

That time must be spent in the pump similar to time spent hanging.

On gains. Whats wrong with .5”-1” a year? Even if that is possible.

Most of us get dissapointed after the newbie gains and quit, with some retraction of the unit.

When you think about that the penis have nerves and blood vessels, and the rates of growth they can sustain might be less than that of other tissues, I have no problem with it.

I’m looking forward to getting my pump and working it in a program with jelq’s and various hangs and extensions.

Good analysis and feedback Optimalss, at this stage 0.5” -1” gains would be huge in my books.

I do some short stretches while in the shower. I haven’t been going for length.

I do three ten minute sets in the cylinder with five minutes of jelqs after the first and second set. I pump at 4” hg during the first two sets and then up to 5” for the last set. During my sets, I release vac. down to near zero and kegel fresh blood in for about 30 seconds, then pump back up to 4 or 5.
