Here is what you are going to want to do

-Warm up really good
-do 150 slow warm up jelqs at whatever erection seems clever
-pump for 10 minutes on 4-6 hg
-do 50 slow jelqs
-pump for 15 minutes on 6-8 hg(if safe)
-do 50 slow jelqs

~Heat Session

-50 warm up jelqs
-pump for 10 minutes on 4-6 hg
-25 jelqs
-pump for 15 minutes on 4-8 hg
-put on a cable clamp very loosely, known as the contrictor, very good

Sounds like my recent routine,

3days on/ 1 day off: approx 1hr

5 min warm-up
5 min edging
150 slow wet jelqs
10 min @ 5 hg
150 slow jelqs
10 min @ 5hg
150 slow jelqs
10 squeezes for 30 sec
Wrap for 15 min

My post PE girth, has exploded.stayed pretty much until my next routine!!

On my off days

10 min warm-up
20min @5hg- tube filled with med-hot water
Massage
20min @ 5hg-tube filled with med-hot water
Massage
20 min @ 5hg- tube filled with med-hot water
Massage
20 min @5hg-tube filled with med-hot water
Repeat until tube packed,

Enter wife!
