Yes that is what I used, I sent it again and same thing…Maybe since there’re on the west coast and we on the east—there server may be down.

I emailed them several days ago and got a very quick reply. I also called them, and they called me back in two or three days. My experience with the company was good.

It’s working for me Gaby. You don’t have your browser set to block secure pages, do you?

Their e-mail system isn’t friendly to some e-mail providers. But don’t worry, they got your e-mail despite the message and will reply (I hope).

I use “Microsoft Internet Explorer 5”, and I can’t find this “block/unblock secure pages” option. Can you help me with this?

Dump that old dog Gaby and get a copy of Firefox. I don’t have a copy of IE 5, but I would guess that the option is in the same panel as the cookie handling options.

Message did get through and Charles responded quickly—seems that some browsers are better than other. Firefox is great and I like Mozilla also. Steve
