Hey Varna,
You’re on a hanging decon, are you not? Pumping for gains can be pretty stressful on your dick.
The routine that doesn’t injure -you-, net negative physiological indicators, and supports gaining; is the only ultimate routine.
As Dickosaurus said,
Start from 5 minutes. If you can handle 5hg, stay there, add a minute or so a day or 5 minutes a week until you get to 20 minutes. If at any point you experience negative PI, back off either pressure or time, to the last time everything was good. That’s your limit and current ultimate routine.
If you safely get to 1x20 minutes, divide into 2x10 minutes with short breaks in between and keep adding time. Not vacuum.
2 on 1 off is a good place to start. More will be up to you and if your dick can handle it. If you force it, you’ll regret it.
You said in your progress thread, you were going to pump for sex, and then later maybe girth? For a sex pump, really 10 or 15 minutes if you can, right before game time is all its good for. Any more time, your dick could be too tired. The temporary gain will fade quickly, so be prompt. Works best for sex, if you can use it during sex.
