Trigga Mike-Yes, once you reach your desired pressure you maintain that throughout the workout. If the pressure drops slightly just give a slight squeeze on the pump to get back to that level again.
I personally will be starting a pumping/jelqing routine soon that will be something like this….
1. 5-10 minute hot soaks
2. 10 minutes pumping 3.5-5HG
3. 50-100 3 second jelq strokes in between
4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 for about an hour
5. Also trying to make an ADS to wear for an hour each day if possible
Not sure if I will do 1 day on and 2 off routine similar to what Babbis has posted for the Modified Newbie Routine in my sig or 2 on/ 1 off. I’ll keep everyone posted though. I ‘ll be starting this probably next week.
