looking to purchase a silicone sleeve

I was wondering if somebody could help me out. I am looking to purchase a silicone sleeve for my cylinder. I have a LeLuv 9 x 2.25 cylinder. I notice that on the size chart the medium goes from 1.75 to 2.25 and the Large goes from 2.25 to 2.75 so I am confused on which size to purchase since my 2.25 is either size. Should it be real tight on the cylinder (M)? Or Large that might be easy to put on but might end up loose on the cylinder. Any advice is appretiated.

Why are you wanting to purchase a silicone sleeve when I was looking a second ago and the pumps don’t come with a silicone sleeve? I used to think that I just had to have a silicone sleeve in order for my pump to work but having the pump I have now, silicone sleeves really don’t matter. I just always make sure that I’m shaved good and haven’t had any issues not using a silicone sleeve. I’m using a size matters 1.75×9” pump and it doesn’t have a sleeve and it doesn’t hurt when using it

Hi…in your case you have to go for a large sleeve as your cylinder size is 2.25. I have 1.75 cylinder so I just bought medium sleeve. But one think I like to tell you these sleeves are not helpful. Its so tight at the base of the penis and make discomfort. If you have the correct cylinder size no point of buying a sleeve. Hope this helps

Thank you very much. I was under the impression that they made it more comfortable and a better seal but I see that might not be the case after reading your reply.

No problem. Like the other guy was saying, the sleeves are tight and uncomfortable as well. I thought I’d need a sleeve for my new pump because all of my other ones had one, but I didn’t. Making sure to shave a day before helps with sealing. You may want to read, Selecting your cylinder size, on this site and see if you have the correct size if you’re having fitment issues

Today in my pumping session I used the leluv sleeve and I used in a different way. Let me explain how it is. I put the sleeve on cylinder and insert nearly half of the glans through the sleeve. Then slowly pump, as i pumpi i keep the cylinder away from body which makes the unit more stretchy and it prevent the the sucking of scrotum in. I feel comfortable with this…let me practice it for some days and update.
