Marathon Pumping Experiences

As a newbie (less than 2 moths of pumping), all I got from marathon pumping was a heavy hanging unit post session and a terrible EQ for days. I agree that this is definitely not for beginners or intermediates with less than 1 year of steady pumping under their belt.

What do you guys think about a marathon session in conjunction with Cialis?

Sort of like a medically induced priapism.

The problem there is overlooking the signs of injury. If we use PI’s as a reference point cialis can cloud this. In theory it’s a great idea but in actuality it could cause problems.

Good point thanks. Thinking about giving it a shot though. 2-5Hg for an hour to 2hrs a session, 2 or 3 sessions in a day.

Think in terms of one elongated session.

I think cialis is pretty bad overall. Levitra is better. And best of all that I wish I had caverject.

I’ve been doing this recently. 1hr session in the morning, 2 hr session after work, 2hr session before bed. Water pumping with a jar full of Epsom salt at 5hg. I tried this in the summer but injured my P.A. and took a break from marathons for a bit to heal. Kept my sessions to 30 mins twice a day until recently when I had more time on my hands to get huge. I’m on day 4 and I plan on going at least for 7 days

Take cialis, do some full body stretches, take I arginine with a bunch of water, get in the jar and sit on the edge of the bed in front of a space heater to warm up the water. Then I get back in bed and under the covers to warm my body up while drinking copious amounts of water. I only get out off the tube to use the bathroom which on a really hydrated day is every 20 mins or so. I’ll eat, get dressed, and right before I leave I’ll get out of the tube and towel off.

Then I’ll get home from work, get back in the jar and make myself dinner. I’ll eat in front of a space heater while drinking lots of water and watching porn to stay hard. I can usually go the whole 2 hours at 5hg but it’s a lot more comfortable to lower it down to 1hg for about 5 mins every half hour, stand up, and swing the jar to get the blood flowing.

Right before bed I’ll get in the shower, wash my junk and the jar, fill with Epsom salt water, and put my pickle and eggs in the jar of brine. I’ll finish showering, get in bed under the covers and watch porn while shaking the jar around to stay hard.

When all is said and done, my eq is through three floor, but I’m not going for looks not performance. I’ll have my donut locked behind my glands, with a nice big juicy sack. I’ll wear my cock ring overnight and in the morning I still have about 25% of my gains. Every morning my package gets bigger faster and every night it feels a little bit heavier.

I feel as though I would get the same results with 250ml of saline and I could do it in less than an hour, but I’m chicken. Edema and hydration go hand in hand. My pumps are fuller when I drink 1-2L of water leading up to it. It’s essentially water retention and I’m guessing that doing things that promote retention will make your pump last longer but I haven’t experimented with this yet. Also wondered if I was doing some sort of endurance sport where I got dehydrated would my pump dissipate faster? Can I store water in my balls like a camel?

No one should attempt 7 days a week of any exercise. But hey it’s your dick Riseabovemorty and I wish you luck.

Nice dedication. I’ve done about 6-7 one hour sessions so far and when I come out of the tube, I’M HUGE! Well at least for me.

Im just saying that there’s a strong correlation between how hydrated i am and how plump I get.

Old post, I know, but this may help someone

1) what was/is the general overview of your marathon pumping routine?
- Addictive, useless, mind F’ing to look at your D in such amazement. I ignorantly was experimenting on myself to see if gains would occur even with edema. The answer.Nope!
2) how long was the total marathon pump session? Each time in the cylinder? Each break?
- 3 months. Obviously with breaks for work, bathroom, sleep, etc. Basically if I could do nothing I pumped to kill time. I used only one cylinder that’s 2.5" dia. Once in a while I’d hit the 2.75 and pack that, but it was really too much for various reasons. 2.5 is/was perfect.
3) what pressure or other measurement of intensity did you use?
- 5-7hg with harbor freight brake bleeder or 30-38Kpa with battery powered pump
4) did you use heat?
- sometimes, but most of the time I was so thick already that I didn’t need it.
5) did you try and pack a small tube or use a larger tube to allow for a lot of expansion laterally?
- again. Only one cylinder; 2.5"
6) did you ever try marathon pumping with water?
- In my opinion water pumping is unwise.
7) did you add any other exercises during pump sessions or during your breaks?
- Sometimes a little manual stretches, but not often.
8) how erect were you going into the cylinder? Did you try and maintain an erection the entire time, and if so how?
- Rarely erect, but I used to pump erect. If you don’t overdue it in sessions and duration you’ll get better results. Maintain? Sometimes. How? D pills. Also, when pumping erect up to 4 hrs a deep pain used to occur when kegeling to a max erect state that is hard to explain. Typically required a 3-5 day break
9) what were your gains like during periods where pumping marathons were part of your routine?
- Let’s just say obnoxious and NOT permanent. Out of the pump I maintained girth that required lube to get back in the cylinder. I also used a light-clenching cock ring while not pumping; even sleeping sometimes. Marathon pumping does not produce gains outside of edema.
10) did you ever have any injuries? Negative PI’s?
- Not during this time, but as a veteran pumper. You bet. I’ve been totally black and blue to the point of fear, but have learned how to eliminate discoloration.
11) how did marathon pumping effect your EQ?
- after my 3 mo. Experiment EQ was not so good. Perhaps worrisome. But I recovered.
12) anything else you might want to add to the discussion.
- I’ve been pumping off and on for 30+ years. Anyone new to pumping should pay very close attention to what’s going mentally and physically during pump sessions. I would also suggest NOT marathon pumping unless you know enough about pumping to teach someone else.
- Be open with your partner about it if you have one. Otherwise, you’re hiding what some would judge as a dark side of your life.
- When marathon pumping I use various sleeves and shims at the tip to keep the light-bulb effect away. It also helps fill the rest of your dick faster, because there’s no where else to be filled when the tip is restricted.
- It is always a huge waste of time/life for me, but when I have an experiment to conduct I get at it. I also have an addictive personality, and isolate myself a lot because I generally like peace more than people.
- I always wore loose clothing with no underwear so as not to mash and disfigure the edema. I’m above average size so if anyone looked they’d freak out at what I was packing. It was kind of obnoxious, but I’m a freak in some ways. When some people looked you could just see the confusion spiraling in their head as they make eye contact. Instant attraction for some and probably disgusting to others.
- I’ve put my D through hell with PE. I’m amazed the damn thing still works and looks great with no discoloration. I can’t say others are so lucky or wise in the work.

- Here’s what I do to get to massive pumps fast, but this is invoking damage like all PE can if not careful - FYI:
1. Grip your D when about 75% erect hard and stroke it as fast as you can. If it gets hard, keep going. Do this for about 5 minutes. You’ll likely have to switch hands due to exhaustion. When done you and your D will be a little exhausted, but in another 10 minutes your D will look thicker. Start pumping, because your D is inflamed and will likely pack your cylinder within 1 hour. After one hour I increase the pressure but not a lot, just enough for comfortable gain pressure. At that point pump as long as you want. However, impressive you’ll feel from the oxytocin and dopamine rush remember that’s it’s not permanent gains. So you have to ask yourself what it is you’re doing, why and for whom or what?

- Finally, marathon pumping means you likely have deep psyche and/or emotional issues to resolve. Likely penile dysmorphia or perhaps you may be experiencing PTSD or grief. I would bet that a person may have other issues occurring in conjunction. But, it is addictive and fun regardless of the sanity factor. It’s your body, you can do whatever you want with it as long as you accept full responsibility for your choices.

So you were walking around with a C ring on, sporting an 8+ inch girth!? You should have taken a POV video of people’s reactions!

I’m surprised that you had no permanent issues or gains from something this extreme. What was your baseline girth at that time? Did you get a bad donut effect?

If done right, it will be huge. Not hard but extremely thick. I have pumped all day to 8 inches thick, but very spongey. Would it last over time??? Not sure.
