Masturbation after pumping?

Is their any truth that masturbating after a pumping session will hamper progress?

I’ve seen both schools of thought numerous times. In my experience, it doesn’t necessarily hamper gains, but your dick will deflate faster than if you left it alone.

I believe all the figuring and changing characteristics of the pump are gone as soon as you release the vacuum. Keeping the pump-plump is likely anecdotal.

In other words, if you wanna ditch the edema a little quicker, jerk off. If you don’t care or you like it, leave it be. It’s like fire rolls with a happy ending. Do it and see what works for you. I typically don’t.

Edging or ballooning after a pump, gives your vascular system a chance to fill it back up naturally, to some extent. Allot of folks do it in that order for that reason. But it seems for me at least, cumming is like a plug, let it loose and there it goes. All the valves release, pelvic muscles relax, and there goes the engorgment along with it.

I agree with 114life. I use edging and balloning if time permits. But always get maximum blood flow after pumping. I have even clamped if I’m not expecting to use my gains😉
