Milking/Jelquing in the tube
Hey guys.
Question about doing this. I pack about 3/4-1 inch of my tube right now, for the past few weeks I’ve taken the routine of only pumping for about 4 sets of 5 min. I keep the cylinder as heated as I can, too.
In the tube, I will do 50 kegels, then I will jelq/milk for about 40 reps.
But I have to ask this: How far should I pull the tube from my base to do this effectively? If I go to far from my base, I find that I will lose my seal and I am only packing up the 1” max at the base right now. Is this beneficial? I can definitely feel the pressure increase when I milk, I just don’t know if I am doing it properly.
