I record differently to most. I just count total sessions. I try to pump every day but it works out to having 1 or 2 days where I don’t pump in a week. Life has a way of messing up the best laid plans.
I’ve been consistent for 154 sessions.
I had one full month off and multiple weeks where I managed only 1 or 2 sessions. I didn’t notice any losses.
I’ve also given up on measuring other than a line that I marked on with nail varnish. Other than that I gauge based on how I steadily pack more of the pump. Steadily but slowly.
I mainly measure by having fantastic erections and my lady enjoying it.
I’ve gained 2cm, so about three quarters of an inch, past my mark on the cylinder. I don’t think my lady can take much more length and I’m somewhere in the 7-8 inch territory.
I’m definitely thicker and my flaccid has noticeably become better.
I think it’s all about consistency and for all the is it permanent questions….considering the good things pumping does for erection quality I think doing one or two sessions a week for that is wise… which also works out as a maintenance routine. Let’s say 30 mins total pumping per week to maintain…. for me I will count that as permanent enough.
