My nut feels bad from full package pumping

So I bought this exact pump with a barometer to use it on my entire package after jelqing my softie. Don’t ask about the pressure I’m pumping with cuz the barometer’s gauge arrow doesn’t work the second after I’m feeling the suction. Sex-toy industry is terrible here and I literally have to import something worth half the minimum wage here to pump it the best.

Occasionally I feel a slight twitch and pinch like pain which extends to my inner thigh from a vein that’s around the rightmost side of my pubic bone. It feels funny but I can tolerate it. So far this happened less than 5 times in a 2.5 week’s basis. (I’ve started my routine 2-3 ish weeks ago). I talked to my doctor about it but he just told me to stop using the pump cuz I’m 20 but I don’t have to be a 70 year old who has erectile dysfuntion I thought because of people’s success stories with their pumps posted on here. My BPEL is 6.5” but I want that to be my NBPEL while also growing my balls.

Today I felt a slight coldness on my right testes a few hours after pumping, and now I’ve been massaging the area for some time to make it feel better which is no use. FYI I’m not using a seal but a cock ring so some of the skin around the base also gets sucked in and I feel a bit of pressure on my pelvic bone.

Have any of you people ever been through something like this? If yes what’s the solution for occasional twitch on my vein, and perhaps the solution for my weird blue-ball feeling like testes? Can a man give himself varicocele by accident?

That cylinder doesn’t have a large enough diameter for full package pumping, so your balls are getting crushed from lack of space to expand, hence the discomfort and pain.

That pump is for cock only pumping.

You can buy a seal from there as well. If you already have a seal I would urge you to use it from now on.

The weird blue ball feeling could also be from using too much pressure. Balls are very sensitive to pumping and take a while to get conditioned. Increase pressure slowly.

The vacuum cylinder diameter and length should be ideal for expansion. Sounds like the diameter may be too large. I use 2 vacuum cylinder sizes. I don’t start with the larger cylinder. When the smaller diameter is mostly filled, comfortable and almost has too much friction for proper stretching to take place. I stop and use the next size larger cylinder. It all depends on how your body feels feel too. Some cheap vacuum cylinders have a thin rather sharp nasty edge that may dig in and may cause pain and discomfort. A few vacuum cylinders brands have a slightly wider tapered edge that is more comfortable provided it is not too wide.

I believe you misread his post. He’s full package pumping, penis and testicles, which needs a 3” or larger cylinder to fit comfortably. The cylinder he has is highly likely 2.5” diameter. Years ago I had that same model as my first pump & cylinder.

True. I forgot about the other larger diameter cylinders being marketed and sold for other uses.
