Need advice again

Hi, guys:

Some of you might remember me, particularly avocet8 and peforeal. I started pumping a few months ago but had to give up for a number of reasons not related to my faith in pumping.

I am using a 1.75” inner diameter cylinder. I was always tight but now it feels tighter. I got the feeling that all the vacuum goes only to the head because the shaft is like sealing off the cylinder right behind the head.

Some guys say this is the way if I want to grow in length, but I am not sure about it. Should I get the next bigger size cylinder (2”)?

Since the size of your head is larger than the shaft and impeding your overall shaft pumping results, I would suggest getting the 2” diameter cylinder. It will be worth it in the long run. Good luck.

Actually head and shaft have the same girth but because of the shape of the head the pump works on the head, but from the rim of the head all the way back to the base everything is tight.

Yeah, I’ll get the 2” cylinder.

How about trying to apply more (plenty of) lubricant to your shaft?

Rainsea brings up a good reminder. You can never have enough lube on your shaft, on your glans and along the inside of the cylinder. This just make the whole pumping process easier and more comfortable.

I think I was using a reasonable amount of lube, but you both might be right. I apply the lube only to my penis, maybe I should apply another amount to the wall of the cylinder.

By the way, I use ID (that’s the name). It doesn’t dry out as KY and other water-based do.

I’ll try before expending $70 in a new cylinder. Thanks for your advice.

TRY SHAVING CREAM

[replying to G’s post 5/22/00] At.:

I apply shave cream to my dick, insert head into cylinder and begin pulling vacuum. Sometimes my head will become “stuck” I take dick out and immerse into glass of water….this wets my whole dick and so it slides easily inside cylinder.

Using shave cream, I only rinse my cylinders out every couple weeks (shave cream has anti-microbial properties).
Then I can ramp up into 2 x 9” cylinder.

Just my experiences….
