Burrgle, my routine is still based off of a modified newbie routine. Plus pumping and whatever i feel like at the moment.
-5 minutes stretching before shower( mostly to the sides)
-Step 1- Get in the shower. Another 5 minutes stretching in all directions.
-Step 2- 5 minutes low erection jelqing.
I repeat steps 1&2 two more times except jelqing on the last set with a higher erection level. Probably 70%. And do random stretching throughout the day. I do this seven days a week unless I am extremely fatigued, in which case I do light straight up stretching throughout the day.
As for the the pumping part of my routine, I usually try to get in 5 good sessions a week.
- 5 minutes straight out pumping at low hg.
- 5 minutes straight down pumping around 6 hg.
- Repeat
- 5 minutes break while edging.
- 5 minutes straight out pumping at low hg.
- 5 minutes straight down pumping around 6 hg.
- Repeat
Total pumping routing = 45 minutes.
If I feel like clamping or using an ADC, I do, but this happens rarely.
Back to the task at hand, I am begining to understand why this straight down pumping technique is working, but am waiting to analyze tonights session to be sure before I make an attempt at explaining.
