New To Vacuum Pumping

Having FINALLY received my LeLuv MAXI yesterday, today I had my first session! I’ll admit I was thrilled, excited and even a bit nervous… My wife knows all about my plans as I have been talking about if for some time. She even offered to split the costs with me, just to prove how comfortable she was with the idea. However, I never told her I ordered it yet as I kinda wanna start without her knowing to see if she notices any difference on her own. We live separately, so keeping it a surprise should be easy!

She was leaving for the city this morning, and I was kind of excited to have her get on her way! We had amazing sex this morning after breakfast as we always do. I made her come twice, but told her I was waiting. I guess I wanted to keep my fire for later during my exercises! Now she has me in a no coming pact until I see her next Tuesday, in 3 days. It will be 5 days without coming for me then! That is LONG for me!

Anyways, I got myself settled in my usual setup with my laptop for some visual stimulation, lube myself up, and entered the tube after setting it all up, with an OK erection. I was a bit nervous. I had tried pumping on my leg first, and got comfy with the release valve BEFORE sticking my penis in the tube. I’m following avocet8’s guidelines somewhat. I did 2 short sessions of 5 minutes at about 2.5Hg. Already I felt quite the pull. I wouldn’t go higher than that in terms of pressure for now. My dick looked like it does when I wear a cock ring. I enjoyed the sensation and am already looking forward to my future sessions! It’s difficult being patient!

After my short sessions, I played with myself a bit to get a good erection and warmed down in the tub as I read warmth if important.

I would like to have second opinions from advanced pumpers concerning petechiae, or the small red spots that appear on the shaft from pumping. I imagine it’s too much pressure, or too long of a time under vacuum, or a combination of both. I’ve read from some that it is normal and that to keep pumping is OK, and others that a break is needed.

I’ve been pumping only 1 week. I’ve taken some breaks, 2 days. I pump at 3-5Hg for 2 or 3 5 minute sessions. Should I remain at 2.5Hg as my initial plan? Should I wait until all red dots are completely gone?

In my experience it is almost impossible to not get red spots. Certainly impossible if you use max pressure in the very popular bathmate. Tje red spots over time accumulate and turn into dark discoloration which I have found is the price you pay for pumping your penis.

After reading a bit, I’ve also found out that Advil and other blood thinners can increase it, or make it worse. I’ve been struggling with inflammation in the lower back lately, so that probably exacerbates the issue at hand… I’ll take some rest and wait a week to see how things go.
Are you saying ALL pumpers get discoloration? Anyone else want to weigh in on this?

I think its very hard to pump for any longer time without getting discoloration.

In my personal opinion, the red spots appear from too much pressure. My sets are 20 minutes at 5hg. I don’t get red spots. Of course it’s crucial to be conditioned. Heat is the key. Make sure you are heated up good and conditioned before you enter the cylinder. Rice sock, space heater. Just warm up really good. I pump in front of a space heater. My cylinder stays warm. I find that I get better expansion with heat. Hope this helps. Good luck.

I imagine everyone is different, and certain factors make me more prone to spotting. I’ll certainly try and prepare better when I do resume pumping activities. Maybe the warm up before could be a little longer. I use warm face cloths on my tube to keep it warm, or simply immerse myself in the tub with the vacuumed cylinder. I imagine the results should be similar.
A small setback after a week, but my enjoyment of the experience should allow for more patience!

I guess those red dots are busted veins or something. And i would rather avoided it.

Have begun pumping again for a week now.Began on Christmas day while my wife was at church ;-D
I am still doing it unbeknownst to her, only because I want to know if she can ”feel” or notice a difference, an amelioration on her own, disregarding what my measuring provides as stats.

I am sticking to a light routine between 2.5Hg to 3.5Hg. I am making sure to take my time preparing prior to pumping. I will jerk off for at least 5 minutes. I then use a warm bath for heat for at least 10 min. Then I make sure I have a good erection before going into the pump for 5 minutes the first day. I have noticed maybe 3 spots at most, which were very small. No pain like the time I needed some recovering. I’m trying a more conservative method this time, realizing the possible negative downsides of being over eager.

Also I am not taking Advil or any blood thinning agents which might have helped inhibiting the appearance of those red dots.

So far, so good… I will also not pump more than 2 days in a row before a 1 day break

To be ”conditioned”? What is meant precisely by this? Warm up as in temperature wise? Or just generally building up resistance of some sort?

Mostly to build up resistance. First time i got red spots after 3-4HG. Now i can do even 8-12HG and that’s fine.

Hey guys. As I’ve written before I started PE 9 months ago. I started pumping several months ago. Have started packing my tube and am super excited about my results.
