Nipple cylinders

Anyone here ever used the nipple cylinders pictured on most pump vendors sites? These are designed to be used with a “buddy hose” setup that attaches to the pump and splits the vacuum to two different hoses.

I have seen them used (at a group thing), but never tried them myself. Very interesting. The girl that was pumped with them got very big nipples, and they seemed quite sensitive. She seemed to enjoy it immensely. Now that I am sliding into pumping myself, I will no doubt order a set down the road to use on my lady friends - why not? I, too would love to hear of some first hand experience though.

I’ve been using a nipple cylinder (the smaller size) for my foreskin restoration and find it to be doing the trick quite nicely as it works the inner fs remnant really well and not just the shaft skin. I put it on at 23in hg and leave it on for up to an hour and a half. I do this every night.

Interesting story. What kind of "group things" do you go to where people are openly using vacuum pumps, etc.?

It seems like I did read somewhere about using these cylinders for foreskin restoration.

I was curious to know if any men were into using nipple cylinders on themselves. I was under the impression that nipple enlargement was practiced by certain men as part of a gay subculture. I base this on drawings by Tom of Finland that depict men with huge dicks and large nipples and the artwork on the Boston Pump Works cylinder packaging. I myself have done some nipple enhancement work using the suction cups from a snakebite kit. See my thread on this subject:

Group B&D scenes/parties. Pumping is about the tamest thing that goes on in these…

I’ve used suction cups in snake bite kits too….I’ve used two differrent types….green and yellow suction cups.

Licking the ends, to be appled over nipples before….increased hold of suction cups on skin around nipples, for me.

What is the difference between the yellow suction cups and the green suction cups? I bought two snakebite kits from Wal-Mart; they came with yellow suction cups. I bought two kits so that I could have two narrow suction cups, (each kit comes with one narrow suction cup).

The yellow suction cups I have are shaped like thimbles, that individuals use for sewing. They are 1.5” high, diameter of base is 1.25”, the opening on the base, that goes over the nipple, is 0.75” in diameter.

They work very well.

You didn’t answer my question nor read my post very carefully. I know what the yellow suction cups look like. As I stated in my post where I asked the question, I have two sets of the yellow suction cups. I was asking about the green suction cups and how they compare to the yellow ones.

It’s great, after having had my nipples pierced for a while now…and had the jewelry out for several months now….my nipples are still enlarged. Looks like the 5x+ size increase from simply having them pierced is in fact permanent!!

Well my apology to you…those things happen don’t they…maybe I didn’t think what you wrote very interesting/important.

The yellow suction cups were more effective IMO…the opening is larger than in the green ones.
