Not seeing any girth expansion in pump

I’m no pro, but what I’ve found that helps me mostly is heat and arousal. Heat before, heat during, heat after, and heat during rest also.

My entire session lasts maybe 5 minutes. Coupled with this, constant heat a mentioned by others, even if it’s many hours post session or the next day. I use a hot water bottle folded over with a protective cloth pouch when it’s a little bit too hot and try and stay in for 15-20 mins, or until it’s no longer warm enough. Baths work well for me, but to get the water hot enough becomes almost unbearable for the rest of my body.

Funny how differently we feel. 3Hg is hardly noticable for me and 5hg barely feels like it’s productive. 7-8Hg feels like a good middle ground. I’d love to go above 10Hg all the time because it feels very productive but I know it’ll just give me insane fluid build up if I do it for too long. I’ve had a 6.7” FG donut after pumping but I know that’s not a good thing. Trying to keep it reasonable and consistent.

That which I have found is most important is heat. However I ensure that I also jelq in between sets which I believe places me in great position for expansion during my sessions. Wishing you well.

No pro either, but.

At lower pressures, I also wasn’t seeing much expansion. I somewhat slowly and carefully have worked myself up to a routine that involves starting at 4 Hg for 10 minutes. At this pressure, there is just a little expansion in girth and length. I then step it up to 6 Hg for 10 minutes and then 8 Hg for the last ten minutes. By this this time, my penis is fully packing the cylinder and I don’t feel the least bit uncomfortable, usually quite the reverse, it feels good and I may leave it in for another 5-10 minutes. I am experiencing some fluid build up but no negative Pis, only positive ones. Like others, I recommend you incrementally test more time or more pressure in the tube. As also recommended by others, I use constant heat by way of a heat pad wrapped around the tube, set at high, too.
