Ok guys try this at your own risk!
I’m just starting pe, been pumping for a while. I do a combination thru out the day of stretching, (johan style) jelging, dry or wet.
But when it comes to the pumping here is what I’ve discovered. Pump at a medium volume. 5-7..Then after 5 min, start pumping up to as high as you feel comfortable for 20 seconds or so. then back down to 5 for 30-60 sec. repeat this as many times as you can, I try to do it for 15-30 minutes til I fill the tube.
Then raise the vac to a high level for a good stretch, and take one of those silicone, (funny purple, red, or green novalty type restiction rings) lube it and double it up (shorten it) like you would a rubber band that was too big, slide it over your two inch tube, now force it over the edge too colapse on your shaft…You will loose a little vacume, you can restore it to 10-15 for 20-30 sec, then gently slide the tube off your penis…
Now you have a real stretched pumped unit…Now in about 15-20 min, you are going too be real big, and feeling the need too remove the silicon restriction ring…
BUT before you do, take the magnetic head or wrist band that you got at walmart or rite-aid, and tighten it around your balls and penis, NOW remove the silicon restriction band, wear the magnetic band for 2-4 hours..
