I wouldn’t (shouldn’t) go past 7inHg knowing what I do now.

Not because of the risk of injury per say, but experience has shown me it doesn’t have merit despite every bone in my body saying more is better. There are some sort of parameters that dictate whether it produces growth or nothing. For me the best results seem to come from 5inHg for 20 minutes every other day, which is ironically the advice I got and disregarded when I first started pumping.

I enjoy pumping, the difficulty for me is keeping myself from over doing it.
