Over time pumping will lead to gains

12

I have been pumping for over 4 years and gained over 3/4” in girth. Basically, I was pumping two twenty minute sessions a day but didn’t see any meaningful gains until I added a 45 - 60 minute session once or twice a week. I have reached my girth goal so now only do one daily twenty minute session and one 45 minute session a week. I have also gained 3/4” in length; however, I also use an extender for 2 - 3 hours a day.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Are you sure your gains are permanent ?

Lets say meassuring 10 days without doing any kind of PE ?

I recently incurred a bad bruise from vacuume pumping so I took a three month break from both pumping and extending and lost none of my gains at the end of the break.

Hi Dtwarren,

which pump were you using and at what pressure were you/do you pump?

How do you find the extender helps. And do you use it pre or post pump session? Or in between sets?

Thanks

I pump at 5 hg during 20 minute sessions and at 4 hg during the longer sessions. I do most of my extending at night and usually follow my last extending session in the early morning with a pumping session. I feel that by following my extending session with a pumping session I am taking advantage of the already stretched tissue.

Dtwarren, I see that you pump daily but also use an extender and have gained length. I know the pumping helps length too, but it’s hard to imagine you would have the time to extend nearly as much as the conventional wisdom indicates you are “supposed” to daily. Can you say how much you gained while using the extender, how much you used it per day, and roughly the total number of hours? Thanks for sharing all your experience.

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share my progress with pumping, as I’ve been working on this consistently for a few months now. Here’s what I am going to incorporate as per titleist advice in the first reply to my thread:

1. **heat application:**
- before each pumping session, I use heat to warm up the area. This helps with blood flow and makes the tissues more pliable, which I believe aids in better expansion during pumping. Electric heat pad on the tube/ and or infrared lamp

2. **longer duration:**
- I’ve gradually increased the duration of my pumping sessions. Starting slow and then extending the time has helped me avoid injuries while still working towards gains. I currently have 3 hours as the longest session at a v low pressure to get a full tube pack. A 2" tube

3. **erect entry:**
- I will always ensure that I enter the cylinder as erect as possible. I am not currently doing this
### my progress:

I’ve been fairly consistent with my pumping routine for the past few months. When I first started, my measurements were around 5.75 inches ( see my old extender thread). Now, I’m almost hitting 7 inches in the tube. This is a significant increase, and I’m excited about the progress.

### questions and observations:

- **growth indicators:**
- seeing almost 7 inches in the tube is encouraging, but I’m curious about how accurate these measurements are as indicators of permanent growth. Has anyone else experienced similar jumps in size during their pumping sessions?

- **sustained gains:**
- how long did it take for your temporary post-pump gains to become more permanent? I’m hopeful that with continued effort, these increases will solidify over time.

### conclusion:

Overall, I’m pleased with the progress I’m seeing. Pumping has definitely shown promise, especially with the combination of heat, extended durations, and maintaining an erection while entering the cylinder. I’m excited to continue this journey and see where it takes me.

Would love to hear from others about their experiences and any tips for ensuring these gains are as accurate and permanent as possible!

Best,

Cheeba

Mostly at 5-6hg so so pressure, when I hit 10-12hg I nearly hit 7inches but this is probably due to pressing down on the fat pad!

Would say I comfortably sit around 6.5inches in the pump when good expansion and erect

Great stuff Cheeba! Only a decon and time will tell if those are permanent gains! Keep it up brother!

At one point back in 2014 I was pumping regularly at 5hg, about 1.5 hours daily. 45 minutes at a time, with a break in between.

I gained roughly 1 inch in length. My goal was girth. I realized that I gained in length because the cylinder I had bought did not really allow my penis to expand in that manner. After I stopped pumping I lost my gains over the course of a few months.
