Penis Pumping After Vasectomy

Had a Vasectomy and I am wondering if any one out there has used a penis pump after. And if so how long did you wait to begin.

I had one years ago, so I’ve been in your boat. As a medical professional, I would tell you to wait. First, you want to wait for all of your external wounds to heal. Second, you could mess up everything internally.. You want all of that to heal, and heal properly 100%. You don’t want to risk anything undoing the surgery. My urologist had me do testing every month for 3 months to make sure everything is 100% I’d say that after your doctor is satisfied that you’re shooting blanks, then you could resume.

I forgot what my doc told me.. I think a week. Call him up right now and ask what they suggest. That’s totally a normal question and you shouldn’t be afraid to ask them.

My recollection is, depending on pain level and swelling, to start the next day for masturbation/hand job. Sex may need to wait a week or longer to insure the incisions are healed. The guidance was that you needed to have done 25-30 ejaculations before going in for the 2 month check up and sperm motility test.

When in doubt, call your doctor. Incision size and ease/difficulty of surgery on patient plays into the decision. I walked in, walked out, zero issues and effectively no pain. I’ve had friends that were down for two-three days with swelling and severe bruising.

Yes man i was down and out for a 2 days
I had a Priapus shot after the vasectomy
figured since they where handling my business might as well get the Pshot

After mine I waited a full week before starting any kind of PE again and I don’t think I had started pumping till well after that.

I’m think pain is a good metric. If it hurts, you shouldn’t be doing it…
