Penis pumps and vaccuums

Anybody here use the above? If so, what kind of results did you get? As of right now I have the vac extender 4, the power jell, & auto x-sleeve (havent used this one yet). I’ve done PE before and gained 3/4 of an inch in length and 1/2 inch of girth a few years back but I am recently starting again.

Also what’s a good brand pump or vacuum to buy?
