Plasti Dip
Because enough just hasn’t been said about it.
Plasti Dip for me has been great at making the end of a gravel tube comfortable and allows you to keep a great seal.
You can find it at Home Depot and Lowes for about $6-7 + tax. They normally keep it around the paint and adhesives section. It’s used for adding a rubber coat to tools that normally come with just metal handles. It comes in two forms, the Dip and the Spray, I prefer the Dip. When dipping your tube, if you seal off the top hole (say with your thumb) it will hold a bubble of air inside the tube so the plasti dip will not coat the inside. I applied about 4 coats and that has worked great.
I wanted to make this post so it was easier to find and so people wouldn’t sound/look like a D.A. when trying to find it. If I have left something out please add.
