Post Pump Deflation -- Staying Big?

Have you ever been in the pump for a long time, and come out super huge and perfectly round?

And have you ever looked at your dick 2 hours later and it looks all crazy, like the blood leaks at different rates — so half of your dick is huge, and half is all shrunken and weird?

Aside from heavy clamping / cock rings / rubber bands, does anyone have any tips on trying to get a more consistent balloon for longer periods, ie. keeping the pump results?

Thanks for any tips or nods to other threads — I didn’t really know what to search for.

I sort of know what you mean. Post routine my unit goes to a much more barrel shape as opposed to wide but kind of flat naturally. It also evens out my shaft girth to a solid 5.3/4 right the way along which i love.

As for maintaining it for longer….perhaps a nice long edging session post routine if its not too heavy on your unit, and also not ejaculating as i find i lose size sooner if i have sex after (which i mostly do)

What you are experiencing is a result of using too much pressure, or too long a session, or both. If you back off to a more moderate routine, then your post pump results will improve greatly. I know it is hard to do, but in the long run, taking it a little slower will result in better long term gains.

I would recommend trying a water pump, and pump with less pressure and a shorter time. One of the nice things about using water is its non-compressibility, which forces your penis to expand uniformly, while limiting the amount of lymph fluid that can penetrate the tissues. Of course, one of the downsides is that water pumps typically don’t have pressure gauges, but I always try to listen to what my penis is telling me (although I don’t always succeed). He’s usually quite well at knowing whether or not he’s being forced too far. Since I’ve switched to water pumping I have yet to have an alien penis, even after I went a bit too long in the tube.

The flesh is weak but the tunica is strong…. Ok, that was a bad Bible reference. However, it does apply to pumping. When you pump, you can get two results. One gives you a temporary increase in girth by plumping your skin up with lymph fluid. While this looks nice it doesn’t last. Like every thing PE, good things come to those who are patient and consistent. The skin is weak and will plump up faster but for lasting results you want to expand the tunica albuginea.

There are some extremely knowledgeable people here who can help you achieve your results: Titleist, Gprent just to name two.

If, however, you just want that temporary pump to last longer, I would say use a cock ring. I’m not a big proponent of these because people don’t know how to use them properly but it can maintain your pump for a little while longer. I prefer messaging my penis after pumping sessions to increase blood flow and reduce coagulation, stagnation and lymph buildup and this is also what I recommend.

When I first got a Bathmate in 2013 it was the first of any type of PE I ever tried. I would get good expansion and would stay erect. Then I added manual exercises in 2014. I seem to recall at first I could do manuals followed my BM and get big solid erections. But then it seems I could never come out of BM with a good erection, even if I didn’t do any manuals.

One time sticks out in my mind, I was in Vietnam and a girl I had met the previous evening messaged me. I was in my room resting and she said she asked if she could come over, of course I agreed. Is this a good pump set? It also comes with an extender which is cool. I was going to get both seperately at sizegenetics and bathmate but that’s like a $400 purchase compared to this. Basically I want to water pump for girth and extender for length. In between doing warm ups and cementing with slaps and light jelqes

Also do pumps increase girth everywhere? I am currently larger towards the front then base

I don’t personally like that style of pump because it doesn’t have a pressure gauge. The price is low because it is a knockoff, but it is a good deal and if you go that way just be careful with the amount of pressure you use. Since both devices are probably knockoffs, there is no way to determine the quality, so there is a little risk there.
