Post-Pump Injury?
Hey everyone. I’ve been pumping for the last few months, both with a regular pump as well as with a Long Johnny (dick and ball pumping) with ok results.
However, lately, I’ve noticed these hard lumps at the base of my penis after pumping. They’re probably the size of a really big grain of rice, maybe a bit wider. Is this an irritated lymph vessel? A thrombosed vein?
Anyone else deal with this before? I do relatively low pressure — I hardly ever go above 5 on my gauge — and release the pressure every 5 minutes then slowly re-pump.
Any thoughts or information would be greatly appreciated.

Goals: NBPEL - 8.25" / Mid Shaft EG - 6.00"
