Problem using my Silicone sleeve

Just bought myself a nice and expensive penis pump with a gauge finally, (ty to Lampwick for writing a non gauge pumping guide till I could save enf money). Anyway I’m having alot of problems with the silicone sleeve that comes with the pump, unlike my other pump the sleeve raps around the tubes base & very easily falls off when I try to put my penis through it(can only be dun with full erection), I never had this problem with my old cheap non gauge pump(handsome up, link at the bottom). I found the only way I could keep the sleeve on the tube without it poping off was to use an elastic band to hold the sleeve to the tube. Does anyone else have this problem? Or some kind of solution
It’s sad but So fare my cheap pump is alot better & easier to use, :(
