Problem with Ordering !!

Well if you are not getting replies to your emails, call them again. Write a list of your questions before you call and make sure you get answers from them before you hang up.

I think you’ll receive it (maybe not as soon as you want it). Global Priority is a fairly efficient system; better though if the pump had gone FedEx.

I hope it comes. When I called once I told him please send information regarding shipment to my email. Then I gave him my email address. Then after waiting for 2 days again I called them , then he said the mail is bounced. ok, might be ! I asked him their email address so that I can mail him and simply he can reply to that mail. Then he gave service@lapdist.com address. I sent him 2 mails but no reply.

Still, I would like to trust them !

I think the problem is with your email provider.

Did you receive the product, or hear anything yet? If you paid by credit card, you can always dispute the transaction…the burden of proof is on the seller/shipper. I had no problem contacting the owner, he seems nice and I’m sure would have no reason not to send you your hardware. International orders can probably get tricky sometimes. Good luck.
