After returning from a 2 week mini decon, Im realizing that less is more for me. I was up to 20 minute sessions. Sometimes 10min and then another 10 min after a jelq break. Sometimes 20 straight. The slow progression in time and pressure did more for me than when I settled on 20 min at 5 to 6 in hg. I pumped a couple months following these parameters and didnt gain much of anything. Minor girth expansion but mostly length increase. Im not going to complain about the length but I want girth also.
My EQ could handle it just fine, I would be rock hard right after pumping but it wasn’t doing much for my girth gains. I ended up plateauing after gaining only about ⅛” MSEG. This was after many months of consistent pumping.
Have you considered a decon break and starting up again after decon with very light intensity methods? You can then slowly ramp up time and if that doesn’t help you progress, drop some time and add some pressure, very slowly until you start to see a change in girth.
You’ll be able to tell when it’s working
What pressures are you pumping at and are you doing manuals also?
In my opinion, no one should ever forsake the jelq

@alterdst8 hey dude, I’m trying to decipher what you’re saying here. I too am on a 2 week mini Decon right now and have a routine that looks very similar to what you had explained, so I feel like this applies to me (and this thread). You said “less is more”. Are you implying that your 20 min @5-6hg was not working? If not, what new routine of “slow progression in time and pressure” has worked for you? I would like to restart and after my mini Decon slowly and finally start seeing gains. I also hope this maybe clears it up for anyone else reading this thread.
