pump and choke
Ok I’m new here so don’t laugh..I bought a Sanfransisco tube and brass pump for aprox 90.00. I have been using it during my drive too work, (aprox 45 min drive). Then after work same thing. except I purchased a large 1/2” rubber band with a t-top from office depot, I go around the base (real tight) then I leave that on for 25 min” it forces the blood to stay inside, I leave it on till the burn sets in, so far the increase in diameter stays for several hours longer than usual. Also I think I might be on too a very comfortable hanger that I can make for aprox $20.00, I’m testing it now, it doesn’t pull off, and it’s a wrap around unit, with Velcro so it easily detaches. I started this quite by accident, since you can’t buy the bib hanger anymore…I originally started to using it to cut off blood flow but it didn’t choke as well as the band, since the band tightens and holds itself, but when I tried to pull it off I noticed the holding power, I couldn’t pull it off the shaft, so I unwrapped it and considered hanging with it..But I’m really not into the hanging, mostly pumping and some jelging. Also dynamic stretching I would think would be better than static stretching. Any opinions on the above. Thanks
