Pump Everyday or Take Rests?
As hanger’s know, it is important to hang everyday without rest so you don’t allow the collagen to heal and retract.
When pumping for girth we are also trying to deform the collagenous tissues by stretching the tunica outwards. It seems like it would also be a good idea to pump everyday, multiple sets per day to keep the tissue in a constant deformed state. Thoughts?
