Pump Q.
I want to start pumping and combine it with my other PE exercises.
My routine will look something like this:
5 min warmup
10 min jelq. - horse 440 every 10 jelqs
10 min pumping at low vacuum
10 min jelq. - horse 440 every 10 jelqs
10 min pumping at low vacuum
My girth is normally about 12 cm / 4,72”
After the first ten minutes of my routine my girth is usually about 13,3 cm / 5,24”.
This means that i should get a cylinder that fits with the 5,24” girth, right?
What cylinder would be good to buy if I’m mainly interested in expansion girth-wise?
